All first year students in the John Martinson Honors Program are enrolled in our introductory course called Honors Discovery. In this class, students are introduced to the wide range of Honors experiential opportunities and resources, and begin learning the skills to make an impact on their community.
Overview
Honors Discovery (HONR 1102) is a 1-credit course taken by First-Year Amit students during the Fall of their first year. Students will need to register for this course through the Registrar as they enter Northeastern.
The Honors Discovery Studio is taken by Internal Admit students during their first semester of study in Honors is a 0-credit course (tuition free). Internal Admits will not need to register for this course through the Registrar as they prepare to enter Honors.
